New Raptor R Delivers Incredible Power

This increase in horsepower is thanks to an update to the engine and the truck– the Raptor R’s reduced air inlet losses work together with an optimized calibration to deliver this power as well as a wider torque curve.

The F-150 Raptor is now about 14 years old, debuting in 2010 and providing 310 horsepower with a 5.4-liter V8 engine and up to 411 horsepower with an available 6.2-liter V8 engine. Over the years, the drive to improve and continue to succeed has driven the Ford creators of the Raptor to keep pushing the bar, leading to the incredible Raptor R that we all get to appreciate today.
