So how do I explain the help and effort that went in to fixing my truck I was given the best of the best from the service department Jason who is very good with customer care great bed side manner to the mechanic who went above and beyond. It is nice to know that solid mechanics still going the distance for making the repair. I had told Jason that my truck was over heating only when I was hauling a trailer and I’ve bin dealing with this prior to ford since October of last year so not winner fords issue but it felt like they took it personal there senior mechanic was on point after two weeks of diagnostic they found the issue and for that mechanic to actually figure it out he had brought his own trailer to show the problem I was seeing. I cannot that these guys more than enough. After that I had another issue arise now my truck is getting older so not crazy to see something else go but had the fortunate care of the same mechanic that was not so happy to see my truck due to he is a man of pride and his fix is the final so he went after it fix three more things on my truck I had both turbos and ac break down. It was back up and running. The service team of this ford dealer is amazing from location of part to efficient turn around to getting me my truck back to head into work these guys are finally turned machine. I can only hope they are giving this mechanic extra time to be bringing up a younger generation. To keep the service they have going.

UPDATE Attention PA buyers ! .I purchased my vehicle from this dealership on August 12, 2026, and the handling of my Pennsylvania registration has been extremely disappointing. As my NJ temporary tag was expiring in 2 days, I still had not received my permanent plate or registration card. I called the dealership five times and was sent to voicemail on four of those calls. When I finally reached the Vehicle Exchange Manager, Lavern, he provided very little information about when my paperwork was submitted, whether the dealership had received my plate and registration card, or when I could expect them. All the dealership offered was a letter confirming that I owned the vehicle and that my tags were delayed. That letter did not extend my temporary registration or resolve the problem of driving with an expired tag. They never notified me that my tags could be delayed during almost a month from my purchase date. With no meaningful answers from the dealership, I visited a local Pennsylvania tag agency. Within minutes, they confirmed online that my registration had been completed on September 3—more than three weeks after I purchased the vehicle—and even provided me with my new permanent plate number. The dealership most likely had access to this same information but failed to give me a useful update. A customer should not have to make repeated calls and visit another tag agency just to learn the status of a registration. The dealership should process the paperwork promptly, track its progress, and keep the customer informed. Instead, I was left worried about being stopped or cited because of an expired temporary tag. This was an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience. other than that . Mike my salesman worked with me to get the best deal possible. He took the time to explain everything about my new truck. The paperwork was completed by Alyssa who was extremely friendly and easy to talk to . I traveled over 50 from PA and it was well worth my time. I absolutely love my new Maverick.

Great experience, good communication from the service team, timely diagnosis of problem same day of my appointment.

Paul greeted me once I entered Ford. He helped me tremendously and really knew the vehicles. I was looking at the Bronco Big Bend and he really went into detail and explanation about everything outside and inside of the vehicle. Such a great spirit and a pleasure to work with! He took his time to set up the Ford Pass App with me and schedule my first service appointment and it felt genuine and didn’t rush me. He explained everything throughly and gave me a great experience! Will recommend Paul to anyone looking to trade/buy a vehicle!

I could tell this was going to be an enjoyable experience from the moment I spoke to him (which is honestly the opposite of how I feel at car dealerships). My family recently invested in our first Ford vehicle through Winner Ford and we couldn’t be happier! Not only is the staff extremely kind but incredibly thorough and helpful. We had been looking at several different models and dealerships but it wasn’t until we found the team at Winner that we truly felt comfortable and understood with what we wanted. Where do I even begin - Winner Ford was amazing in finding my dream car. As this was my first lease by myself, I was pretty nervous. But, I was welcomed by the staff, who were extremely attentive, helpful, and overall just great people. Dan was amazing in helping me step by step. I never felt pressured or discouraged in any way. Went in today in hopes of getting a new F-150. I can't say enough great things about Winner Ford. This was hands down the best experience I've had at any dealership I've experienced previously. Rico Bangura was the sales representative and helped me nail down exactly what I was looking for and provided top notch service. He got me in and out of there in just a couple hours after driving multiple trucks. Got me exactly what I needed to get out of my old vehicle and knew every in and out of the truck. Winner Ford Cherry Hill is bar far the BEST dealer I have ever been to, for both sales and service. Every time we go there, the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. Just got my car serviced there today and I was in and out in an hour. They are efficient and always so convenient to work with.

From the moment we started working together, he was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel pressured into making a decision. Instead, he made me feel like I was in the driver’s seat throughout the entire process, which was something I really appreciated. The buying process took a while, but Dan consistently checked in, kept me informed, and made sure I never felt forgotten. He was even helping another couple at the same time, and I honestly have no idea how he managed it so seamlessly. His ability to multitask while still making every customer feel valued was incredibly impressive. Had an electrical issue I couldnt figure out on my own. Met Miguel, the service writer, great guy, helped me document the issue for the technician who was able to locate the problem quickly and repair for a resonable price. Great team there. I will be back.

Can’t speak highly enough of my sales rep Rick Dilauro and the sales manager Frank Sorrentino. It’s pretty rare anymore that companies truly show their past customers that they are valued, and both of these guys absolutely did. I went in on a Tuesday night to just look around. Rick met me with a zero pressure attitude. We chatted, I expressed that my old rep Gene Duffy had retired and I was hoping someone could help me out with the grace and professionalism Gene did. Well Rick nailed it. Asked me my goals, which 3 cars I liked, and said let me get to work. He did just that. I came in the next day and Rick had me driving off in a beautiful car, for the budget I asked, and no haggling, with in a few hours. It’s nice to work with nice people who don’t have that “car salesman” approach. I wouldn’t hesitate to head in and talk to Rick and Frank!

Great place . One of not too many no bullshit dealerships. The price vehicle was listed with nice deal did not change. $550 documentation fee ,taxes and that is all No hidden fees ,that was great surprise as we went to a few dealerships in North Jersey-and they were all scammers-trying to hit you with about $3000 -$5000 in hidden fees for some magical service ,delivery fees ,idiotic warranty’s … Winner ford was honest and straight forward, Rico and Alex were great,as the rest of Winner Ford crew ! If I buy another car i will know where to go ! .

Absolutely blown away by the experience, I was in and out with my new KIA Optima in a few hours. The whole entire team there did an outstanding job in figuring out what I wanted, and what needed to be done, the young man who assisted me and the rest of the crew were absolutely amazing and very attentive to my needs. 10 out of 10 will buy from them again
