We are hiring immediately for Service Technicians (Especially FORD Technicians) at ALL levels and willing to provide training!
- Competitive Entry level to Senior level rates (Average $33+ per hour with bonus for A Techs, Up to $30 per hour and bonus for B Techs, $25+ per hour with Bonus for C Techs, $15+ per hour for D Techs)
- No cap on weekly bonus generated at 40-50-60 + hours

What We Need:
- FORD experience preferred: A, B, C, D level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
- ASE Certification required
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve; self-motivated and ability to multi-task and desire to continue to grow skills
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Responsibilities:
- Service vehicles
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and meet daily/weekly production goals with proven ability to consistently produce hours..
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

What Skill We Need & We Will Offer Training for qualified applications:
- Knowledge/Experience with automotive electrical systems 12/24 Volt (preferred)
- Knowledge/Experience with automotive mechanical systems
- Read and interpret equipment installation instructions and wiring schematics
- Knowledge/Experience with automotive/electrical hand tools: wrenches, rachets, sockets, screwdrivers, drills, heat guns, soldier guns, multimeters, ETC. (preferred)
- Frequent lifting, moving, & carrying of heavy items.
- Ability to work in confined spaces of vehicle such as under dashboard, in trunk, ETC.
- Own basic automotive hand tools and toolbox.
- EVT Certification desired but not required. (Electrical Vehicle Technician L-1 Law Enforcement Vehicle Technician)
What You Will be Doing:
- Installation, removal, configuring, and troubleshooting of Emergency vehicle, van, and truck equipment. Disassemble and reassemble of vehicle outer panels, lights, and full interiors to include but not limited to: Bumpers, seats, interior panels, headliners, carpet, lights, toolboxes, ladder racks, and shelving.
- Installation of aftermarket equipment to include but not limited to: lighting, light bars, speakers, sirens, push bumpers, consoles, weapons locks and storage, partitions, seats, computers, power supplies, computer mounts, modem/routers, printers, ladder racks, tool boxes, shelving, alarms, remote starts, camera systems, radar systems, inverters, wiring, ETC.
- Determine optimal placement for equipment that is being installed to best suit customer’s needs.
- Review electronics being installed into vehicle and configure wiring for proper and safe operation of electronics.
- Work independently without supervision and keep a clean work area.
